Site work for a power facility in New Glarus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The Project consists of furnishing and delivering control/relay panels for the New Glarus Substation construction project. Bids will be received for a single Contract to furnish and deliver the control/relay panels. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive or alternate optional bid items if indicated in the Bid Form. Owner intends to select the control/relay panels based on low bid price, lowest installed cost, and lowest life cycle cost; however, the technical merits and price of any Buyer requested alternate prices and/or options will be considered as part of the overall evaluation process. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
