**As of April 14, 2022, project was awarded to Market Johnson but awarded amount is not available.** The Project consists of the demolition and replacement of existing mechanical systems including a new chilled water system, replacement of steam heating system to condensing hot water boilers and new air handling units with variable air volume distribution and direct digital controls. Electrical scope includes the demolition and replacement of existing electrical systems including electrical service and control upgrades relating to mechanical scope, building exterior lighting, power distribution upgrades, lighting and lighting control systems replacement, natural gas emergency generator power, telecommunication cabling infrastructure, integrated communications, security management system devices and digital addressable fire alarms. Architectural scope includes the demolition and replacement of existing ballasted roof with a new ballasted roof system, roof drains and increased roof and vertical chase insulation, exterior window replacement, suspended ceiling replacement, installation of (5) new customer service windows, reconfiguration of the County Board Room, Veterans, ADRC, and Land/Water/UWX Departments, and accessibility upgrades to all elevator, public toilet areas, door widths and stairways.
