Renovation of a museum in Balsam Lake, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Polk County Public Works Division is accepting bids/proposals from qualified firms to 1) Remodel the Polk County Museum Bell Tower while keeping its historical value. 2) Reconstruct two set of stairs, two flooring areas and fix the structural integrity of the bell tower as per the engineering report outline. 3) Polk County retained the services of LHB architects and engineers to provide an assessment and recommendations for the Museum bell tower, use this report as the basis for restoration of areas of concern.
