Voter-approved bonds fund the majority of these projects, which include roads, trails, transit facilities and drainage improvements. PM&E is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services for the West Bluff Drive/Ocean Dock Road Area Storm Drain Improvements project.
