This is a pre-solicitation notice for two upcoming requirements for Architect and Engineering Services: FXSB 21-1054, Repair Aircraft Maintenance Facility; and FXSB 21-1055, Repair Air Freight Terminal. This is not a Request for Qualifications nor Request for Proposal No Solicitation has been released at this time and the Government will neither accept nor evaluate any offers received prior to issuance of the solicitation. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in response to this posting; all costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested parties' expense. The Government believes NAICS code 541330, Engineering Services, is appropriate for these two (2) requirements. The small business size standard is $22.5 million. Should one be issued, the Goverment estimates a solicitation for each requirement will be issued on or about 13 December 2022. The Government intends to issue one solicitation for each requirement, and one firm fixed-price contract to the successful offeror of that solicitation in particular. Each solicitation would be 100% set aside for small business concerns.
