Provide utility locate services on Farmington Electrical Utility System (FEUS) or City of Farmington (COF) owned properties, easements, and rights-of-way. Traceable and untraceable underground conditions, based on field equipment and historical documents as provided by Owner, such as Geographic Information System Mapping (GIS), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), or other. All private and public utilities, to include but not limited to, water, wastewater, gas, and electrical (all voltages). Awarded Offeror must adhere to all New Mexico excavation law, state statutes and other governing rules and regulations. 3/1/2022 04:00:00 PM (MT) Deadline for questions Questions and/or clarifications concerning this solicitation will be accepted in writing through the deadline date/time. Responses to questions will be released via addendum. No Bidder/Offeror may rely upon oral responses made by any City employee or any representative of the City. Questions may be submitted to the buyer via email; however, in order to ensure questions are not missed, entering questions via this electronic bidding system is encouraged. The only approved contact must be with purchasing staff. Bidders/Offerors contacting any other City official, evaluation committee member, or City employee regarding this Bid/RFP may be disqualified. Bidders/Offers have no claim against the City for failure to obtain information made available by the City which the Bidder/Offeror could have remedied through the exercise of due diligence.
