Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Please call (607) 772-7007 if further information is needed. As actual damages for any delay in completion of the work which the Contractor is required to perform under this Contract are impossible of determination, the Contractor and his sureties shall be liable for and shall pay to the City of Binghamton the sum of $500.00 as fixed, agreed and liquidated damages for each calendar day of delay from the date stipulated for completion or as modified. This project will include: Asbestos abatement and demolition of structures located throughout the City of Binghamton CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND DRAWINGS The City of Binghamton will furnish the Contractor without charge three (3) copies of then Contract Documents, including drawings. Additional copies requested by the Contractor will be furnished at cost. Minimum charge shall be $75.00 per set when additional copies must be printed
