Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Park Ridge, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The successful bidder shall and all subcontractors shall be required to pay the general prevailing rate of wages in the locality for each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, physical public attendance at the bid opening in the Board Room may be limited or not feasible, so alternative arrangements for contractor's to have access to hear the bid opening will be made available. The scope of work involves furnishing all the required materials, equipment, implements, parts, supplies, labor and materials necessary for, or appurtenant to and for the complete and successful court renovations at Jaycee Park in Park Ridge, Illinois as described in the attached Specifications and Drawings.
