Site work for a golf course in Rapid City, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
This project will stabilize and reinforce an eroding bank in Rapid Creek within Meadowbrook Golf Course, near Hole #1. Work shall commence no earlier than November 28, 2022. All work shall be complete by February 28, 2023. Liquidated damages, as specified in the Rapid City Standard Specifications, will be charged for failure to complete the project on or before the completion date. A bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, and such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in this state and payable to the City of Rapid City, Rapid City, South Dakota, as a guarantee of the Bidder entering into a contract for the construction of the work and furnishing of a 100 percent performance bond. The Owner reserves the right to the extent allowed by law to award the work as is most advantageous to the City or reject any or all bids
