The City of Scottsdale is seeking proposals from qualified plumbing service providers to furnish specialized plumbing services, jetting, drain inspections, leak detection, and drain cleaning for city facilities. 1. The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance jetting services at all City Buildings as deemed necessary by the Facilities Department. 2. The Contractor shall perform at minimum, but not limited to, the following services on an asneeded basis: 2.1 Visual camera investigation services a. Drain inspections utilizing color cameras b. Perform recording of sewer lines ranging from one and one-half inches to eight inches (1 1/2 "- 8") in diameter c. Locating and leak detection 2.2 Water jetting services 2.3 Drain cleaning services including unclogging/ clearing 2.5 Smoke testing services 3. The Contractor shall have a variety of equipment in order to perform the required services. At minimum, but not limited to, the equipment shall consist of the following: a. Water jetting equipment: portable water jetter rated at a minimum of 1750 psi b. Water jetting equipment: high pressure water jetter rated at a pressure of 5,000 to 15,000 psi c. Color camera capable of high-definition recording with the ability to produce the recorded video on a Kingston USB flash drive d. Leak detection equipment e. Odor detection equipment f. Drain clearing equipment capable of clearing lines ranging in size from one and one-half inches to eight inches (1 1/2 "- 8") in diameter 4. Response time requirements a. Non-emergency repairs - Contractor shall respond within four (4) hours of receipt of call from the City b. Emergency calls - Contractor shall respond within two (2) hours of receipt of call from the City 5. Clean up requirements The Contractor shall remove all debris and other materials from the work site after the completion of work. 2.4 Odor detection services The term of this Contract shall be for a one (1) year period from the effective date of the contract award. The City and Contractor may mutually agree to extend this Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods, upon the recommendation of the Contract Administrator, concurrence of the Purchasing Director and/or City Council, depending on the Contract.
