The activities will be carried out within the framework of the Local Roads Assistance Program (PAVL) under the component - Recovery of local road infrastructure (RIRL) and under the Acceleration of Investments in the Local Road Network (AIRRL) component. Documents available: Any person or company must obtain the tender documents and specifications through the electronic tendering system. Warranty: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders, subject to form of certified cheque, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice suretyship, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Acton financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (SC, 1991, c. 46), failing which the tender will be automatically rejected.
