Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Liberty Hill, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the addition of a 13,500-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

Steel fabrication was bid previously in bid package 2, and includes steel decking and structural steel. The material is scheduled to be delivered in the summer of 2022, per the project schedule. Steel subs need to include steel erection and miscellaneous site steel. Plans and specification documents are called out to be "Draft copy - Not for approval or construction." However, the issued plans and specification set are the 95% construction documents and will be considered as the GMP documents for the Santa Rita MS Expansion. Requests for bid on the construction of a new two-story 13,500 sf middle school expansion for Liberty Hill ISD. The new building will be structural steel framed with ICF and metal stud wall systems. This project also includes site improvements such as paving, parking, and landscaping. Alternates: 1. Provide 1000sf Outdoor learning space southwest of new addition. 2. Connect existing Middle School sewer line with Gravity sewer line. 3. Replace thirteen (13) wall packs on the north and westside of the existing school with new LED colored light fixtures. Reference MEP drawings. 4. Add rubber flooring to band hall, ensemble rooms and practice rooms. Refer to plans. 5. New closet to be added to current SRO office. 6. Add new exterior single man door at current boys locker room facing field. 7. Provide exterior wall graphic to east wall of existing school. Refer to plans. 8. Provide new pressbox. 9.
