SCOPE OF WORK: Installation of the following including mulch: 60 - 15 Gallon Arizona Cypress 10 - 30 Gallon Crepe Myrtle 10 - 8' Texas Mountain Laurel 60 - 15 gallon Wax Myrtle 21 - 3" Southern Live Oak Bids must be submitted on the complete project. To obtain access at no charge, please contact Jay Holmes Public Works Director, jholmes@ libertyhilltx.gov. Bids received after the date and time of bid opening will be returned unopened. After receipt of bids, no bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the date of bid opening. The City of Liberty Hill reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. The project site will be available for inspection by prospective bidders by appointment, contact Jay Holmes 512-745-1222. Representatives of the Owner will be present to discuss the project. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
