The total square footage for the facilities is 59,416 and all the work will come with a one year warranty The paint selection will match with the current colors of the facility. Interior paint will be Sherman Williams, cashmere or equivalent. There will be prime and two coats of paint, with flat luster on the ceilings. The bathrooms and water closets will be prime additive and two coats of paint applied with antimicrobial additive. a. Bathrooms: Cashmere semi-gloss/medium luster with antimicrobial additive. The bathrooms are all to be cleaned before being painted. b. Water closets: Cashmere semi-gloss/riled:um luster with antimicrobial additive c. All the walls, doors, and trim are to be medium luster/semi-gloss. The walls should be painted with two coats d. Natural brown wooded stained doors are to remain in current condition 3. Vacuum all exhaust fans in water closets/shower areas. If there's any damages larger than 6x6 there will be an additional charge, wall damages smaller than 6x6 to be included 4. Period of Performance: May 9, 2022 through June 17, 2022 Total Bid Prices must include all products, installation and any other associated cost. Alabama State University is tax-exempt, exemption certificate will be provided upon award.
