Remodeling of a municipal facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The project consists of demolition and general construction including metal stud and gypsum board walls, door hardware, acoustical ceilings, floor and wall finishes, casework, HVAC, plumbing, lighting and electrical work at an existing storage room to be converted into a new WIC Room within the Chippewa County Courthouse. Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents. Bids shall be securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper "Bid for Chippewa County Multi-Department Remodel ". No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 Days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. Project completion shall be no later than September 2, 2022. Chippewa County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, without cause, or accept the bid that is in the best interest of Chippewa County.
