Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Newcastle, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

Work of the Project is divided into two tasks: Funding Phase 1, Task 1 (WWDC Eligible) and Funding Phase 1, Task 2 (WWDC Non-Eligible). Funding Phase 1, Task 1 includes the construction of the well house, yard piping and interior piping at the No 5. Well; the transmission pipeline from the No. 5 well to the tie-in with the collection line from Well No. 4 to the pump station; and the replacement of the existing collection lines from Well No. 1 and Well No. 4 to the pump station. This work will include providing the appropriate ports and valving for the telemetry control at the Well No. 5 well house but will not include the design of the telemetry equipment, telemetry control or SCADA systems. Funding Phase 1, Task 2 includes construction of the distribution pipeline from the pump station to Ogden Driscoll's Property (ending near the No. 5 well house). Phase 1, Task 1 of this Project consists of furnishing and installing a pre-engineered building well house or constructing a concrete masonry block building with electrical and mechanical systems, installing the interior discharge piping in the well house with a solenoid control valve and connecting the well house piping to the existing City of Newcastle water system through 1,250 feet of 8-inch transmission pipeline. Additional work associated with this Phase 1, Task 1 work is to replace the existing collection pipelines from Newcastle Well Nos. 1 and 4 to the existing pump station. These pipelines consist of approximately 150 of 8-inch PVC pipe and 470 feet of 10-inch PVC pipe. Phase 1, Task 2 of this Project consists of construction of a 1,400 foot, 8-inch diameter PVC distribution pipeline from the City of Newcastle pump station to the No. 5 well house.
