Project scope includes approximately 6,686 linear feet of 8"-12" PVC Water Pipe, 5,988 linear feet of 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe, and 2,988 linear feet of 21"-54" storm drain pipe. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Owner's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project as per Texas Water Code 49.273. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids. The Developer's preference is to award Utilities/Paving/Street Lights on a turn-ley basis, however, the Developer reserves the right to select independent Utility, Paving and Street light contractors separately based on contractors pricing and timing.
