Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,567-square-foot educational facility. The scope of work includes, but not limited to removing existing rock wall assembly, court flooring, walls, and ceilings. Renovation of this area to become offices consisting of metal stud and gypsum wall assemblies, acoustic lay in ceilings and scheduled finishes. Renovation to also include one restroom and millwork for the work area of the offices and the testing area. Existing Constant Volume HVAC will be extended to serve the offices. Other MEP and technology systems to be revised to address renovation. MINORITY, WOMAN OWNER AND HUB participation is strongly encouraged. Please submit copies of your Minority Certification along with your bids.
