Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Option 1 Scope of Work: - Remove the existing door frame, door, and hardware. - Supply and install a new door system as per manufacturers specifications; new door frame, door, hardware, weather stripping, etc. - Seal perimeter of frame on both sides and threshold with caulking. - Confirm operation with Town of Lunenburg staff. Option 2 Scope of Work: - Remove existing door frame, door, and hardware. Existing door and hardware will be saved and re-used. All unused material will be properly disposed of. - Supply and install new door frame as per manufactures specifications, hinges, flush bolts, threshold, door sweep, and weather stripping. Hardware and existing door will be re-used. - Provide and install new weather stripping, and drip cap - Seal perimeter of frame both sides and threshold with caulking - Confirm operation with Town of Lunenburg staff. Quotations may not be withdrawn for ninety (90) days following the submission deadline.
