Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Town Hall Retaining Wall Repair project is located adjacent to the Town Hall (119 Cumberland St.) along Townsend St, in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. This project includes the removal of deficient concrete from the exposed faces of the existing retaining wall as per the contract drawings, followed by re-instatement using shotcrete and reinforcement. Miscellaneous tasks include tree removal, granite repointing, concrete column repair, and improved drainage. The Town Hall Retaining Wall Repair project is located adjacent to the Town Hall along Townsend Street, in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. This project includes the removal of deficient concrete from the exposed faces of the existing retaining wall as per the contract drawings, followed by re-instatement using shotcrete and reinforcement. Miscellaneous tasks include tree removal, granite repointing, concrete column repair and improved drainage. 2. The Work includes coordination with utilities for location of any existing infrastructure and alteration of this infrastructure. 3. Commissioning of constructed works and assistance to the Engineer for the provision of record information. 4. Protection of all existing utilities, including notification and coordination with all relevant utilities (including, but not limited to, Nova Scotia Power, Bell Aliant, Eastlink, and the Town of Lunenburg), and obtaining all related approvals.
