Site work and asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center.
Removal and disposal of approximately 285-feet of air cell pipe insulation and 45 elbows and fittings insulated with asbestos parging cement in the Lunenburg Community Centre kitchen (15 Green Street, Lunenburg, NS). Clearance air report required upon completion of the work. The public facility will continue to be operational during the duration of the work, except for the kitchen area required for work. Please note that the kitchen and main gymnasium are separated by a locked door. The gymnasium will be operational during asbestos removal. If further technical information is required please contact purchasing@townoflunenburg.ca. The Town reserves the right at any time to accept, ignore or reject any quotation, or use the information contained in any quotation for any purpose whatsoever. The Town reserves the right to negotiate after the submission deadline with any proponent to finalize arrangements in the best interests of the Town.
