**As of April 6, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award is not yet established. The proposed work consists of furnishing the following material and equipment for one (1) 67/12.47 kV Power Transformer for the Eastside Substation Transformer Replacement Project in the City of Hudson, Ohio, in accordance with the specifications which are on file in the office of Kevin Powell, Assistant Public Works Director. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. h OWNER’s requirements as to performance and payment Bonds and insurance. When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to OWNER, it must be accompanied by such Bonds. Liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per calendar day shall apply for each day all Work is not completed and delivered on the delivery due date
