Bidder shall submit with the bid a e electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful bidders contract. If the bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashiers check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing no later than the time stated at 1 Bergen County Plaza, Rm 370, Hackensack NJ 07601. All Other Documents Must Be Submitted Electronically. All Bid Addenda will be issued electronically as well as in accordance with N.J.S.A. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of the content of all addenda 12related to this procurement.
