Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hackensack, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bidder shall submit with the bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidders contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashiers check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing no later than the time stated at 1 Bergen County Plaza, Rm 370, Hackensack NJ 07601. All Other Documents Must Be Submitted Electronically. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the Prevailing Wage Act. Questions Due Date: Oct 20th 2022, 11:00 AM EDT
