Site work for a civil project in Crivitz, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

In general the project consists of constructing an approximately 2.5 acre landfill liner with a composite liner system, including site preparation; general excavation; clay soil placement and compaction; HDPE geomembrane; drainage layer; leachate piping and management systems; and associated work. This project also includes a clay soil source separate from the landfill, including site preparation, excavation, clay soil loading and hauling, and site restoration. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. QUALIFICATIONS Potential bidders and bidder's subcontractors shall complete a statement of qualification along with the bid documents. See the project manual instructions for details on qualifications. RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. QUESTIONS Questions will be closed on February 28, 2022, on portal.
