Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Marys, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work includes the renovations of existing elevators. Bids will be awarded for Elevator Construction only. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a Surety Company's Bid Bond shall be submitted with the Proposal in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Amount Inquiries, requests for information and requests for clarifications should be directed in writing to the Architect at dmaines@kthareh.com - No questions will receive a response if they are submitted later than seven (7) days prior to the bid date. THE OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT to postpone or cancel receipt of bids, and to accept or to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part if the best interest of the Owner will be served thereby. No bid shall be permitted to be waived nor returned because the Bidder has failed to, or cannot, comply with requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable legal statutes.
