Renovation of an educational facility in Brookville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work shall be completed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Amos E. Rudolph, Architecture LLC, 3049 State Route 257, Seneca, PA 16346. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder is permitted to request documents after February 28, 2022, and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 AM on Monday March 7, 2022. The bid envelope must be SEALED and clearly marked BID DOCUMENTS FOR PROJECT NO. 026-2021A DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 1:30 PM ON March 11, 2022. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid. The Work consists of: The removal and replacement ofexisting windows attheNorthside School. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
