Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brookville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,073-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
PROJECT NO. 052-2023A- Brookville Area School District Field House Renovations Bids are for the following contract for work at the Brookville Area School District - Field House Renovations. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, Security in theamount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performanceand Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of thecontract. Attention to bidders is particularly called to therequirements as to the conditions of the employment tobe observed and minimum wage rates to be paid underthe contract. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder ispermitted to request documents after March 25, 2024and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 A.M. on April 3, 2024. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any andall bids, and to waive any informalities in the bid.
