Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wilson, Wyoming. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
**As of March 25, 2022, received two bids but they were well above budget. The project is permanently on hold.** Fire Station 6 apparatus bay floor is approximatley 50 feet by 80 and 25 years old. Some spalling and cracking has occurred. Existing finish will be stripped.The owner requests repairs/stripping and full coverage coating of colored epoxy. Colored epoxy will delineate lanes for fire trucks to park in. A 3 color logo will be included. Sealed bids will include the following found in section IV of RFP. Cover Letter - Letter must be signed by a person having the authority to commit the respondent to a contract to be accepted. 2. Project Schedule 3. Pricing -The proposal should include the proposed staff hourly rates, plus overhead, travel and additional project costs to be charged for change order items, as well as total estimated hours and total project cost. Required Documents - Proof of Insurance, Workers Compensation and Unemployment Insurance, performance assurance bond information (if applicable)
