Building: Saint-Pascal-Baylon School - 6320 Côte-des-Neiges Road, Montreal (Quebec) H3S 2A4 Period / Completion deadline
The works must be fully executed within 16 working weeks for phase 1 and 23 working weeks for phase 2 from the start date of the works, said deadline cannot however, expire beyond October 31, 2022 for Phase 1 and beyond November 3, 2023 for Phase 2. Bid bond
All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, including applicable taxes, in favor of the School Service Centre. This bid guarantee must be presented in one of the following forms:
A certified check;
An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution valid for a period of 45 days following the date of opening of tenders;
A bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act . As bid security, only the surety bond and the irrevocable letter of guarantee are accepted when transmitting a bid electronically. No other form of guarantee is accepted with this mode of transmission. If the tender documents provide for another form of tender guarantee and the service provider wishes to rely on it, the tender must be submitted exclusively in paper form. It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic.
