AS of December 13,2022, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on December 30, 2022. The Enterprise Development Center of Erie County requests bids for the Berry Global Warehouse and Distribution Building and Site Development The Work includes the complete construction of a 90,000 square foot pre-engineered steel warehouse and distribution building and all associated building and site improvements on lands owned by the Enterprise Development Center of Erie County. Sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. Prospective bidders may obtain electronic access to the Contract Document by contacting PCE at 814-455-5544 and by making a non-refundable payment in the amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) mailed to PCE, 552 State Street, Meadville, PA 16335.
