The Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority (Port Authority) requests bids for the West Front Street Extension - Secondary Electric Services Reconfiguration - Contract No. 12510-2022-04. The Work includes complete electrical service reconfiguration to the Gem City Marina and Presque Isle Yacht Club coordinating with Penelecs primary power service switchover from overhead to underground. The work will include secondary power feeds, equipment upgrades, trenching, conduit installation, pulling new conductors, installing disconnects, meter sockets, etc. to accommodate the new underground services. The work will also cover the construction of electrical upgrades within the Gem City Marina building, including the replacement of old electrical equipment and panels with new equipment and interconnecting conduits and conductors. Sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required.
