Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Improvements at Bremerton High School, Crownhill Elementary School, East Bremerton Gym, and View Ridge Elementary School The project includes HVAC Improvements at Bremerton High School (BHS), Crownhill Elementary School (CH Elem), East Bremerton Gym (EB Gym), and View Ridge Elementary School (VR Elem) located at their respective facilities. The work at BHS includes one suspended heat recovery air handler. The work at CH Elem includes the replacement of one suspended fan coil unit. The work at EB Gym includes the addition of one exhaust fan. The work at VR Elem includes the replacement of one split system cooling unit. The conference is held for the benefit of the bidders. It is requested that some person of authority from the office of the prospective bidder attend this meeting. All questions concerning the Bidding or Contract Documents should be directed to Paul Greenwalt with Wood Harbinger. Submit all questions in writing via email to pgreenwalt@woodharbinger.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond with a State-Licensed Surety Company as surety, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, made payable to the Bremerton School District #100. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Such bonds shall be furnished by a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Bremerton School District #100 reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding and to accept bids, which are considered to be in the best interest of Bremerton School District #100. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
