Site work and paving for a road / highway in Seville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids are requested for County Spec. Item 405 ODOT Item 422 Single Chip & Seal with stipulated Traffic Control on 2.71 miles of roads in Guilford Township, Medina County, Ohio. Guilford Township will supply the slag aggregate located at the Township Garage at 3800 Greenwich Road, Seville, Ohio 44273. The contractor will supply the loader and operator for the slag. The Engineer's Estimate for the base bid is $164,548.30. The improvement project shall have final completion date of October 1st, 2022. Each bidder shall be required to file a bid guaranty with the bid in the form of either: (1) a Bid/ Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid; or (2) a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Letter of Credit shall equal to 10% of the amount bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if his bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity with the bid, plans, details, specifications and bills of material. A Letter of Credit shall be revocable only at the option of the Township. Bidders must comply with Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Labor and Worker Safety and detailed in the Bid Documents. The bid will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. The Guilford Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
