Pearson School Board is issuing a public call for tenders in order to award a lump sum construction contract for the execution of the following works: Expansion and transformation of exits and various renovation works, this involves widen two vestibules to include stairs that will serve as an exit to the outside of the school, the work will take place at the St John Fisher SR school located at 121 SUMMERHILL AVE, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 2L8. All tenderers must comply with the requirements contained in the tender documents, including the addenda. These can only be obtained through the electronic system. The work required under this call for tenders will begin on June 27, 2022 and must be fully completed no later than August 22, 2022, the date on which provisional acceptance must have been carried out.
