The selected Consultant will provide qualified construction management, inspection, and materials testing personnel to ensure the construction contractor's conformance and compliance with the contract documents and other applicable standards and specifications. HDR Engineering will be retained under a separate contract to answer questions and to review Contractor submittals as required. The Circle Drive Bridge replacement project is being advertised for construction in Spring of 2022. The primary purpose of this project will be to replace the existing twin bridges (4 bridges total) on Circle Drive east of I-25. The western pair of bridges (Creek Bridges) cross Fountain Creek and the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. The Eastern pair of bridges (RR Bridges) cross Las Vegas Street, UPRR/BNSF Railroad, a Fountain Mutual Irrigation Company conveyance facility and Hancock Expressway. Secondary elements of this project will include MSE-walls (some with two phased wall combining soil nails), connector trail from Circle down to the Pike Peak Greenway Trail, improvements to Hancock Expressway, and all associated work needed for the construction of these elements: Bridge construction and removal Roadway improvements Permanent Drainage Water quality (including hydrodynamic separators) Environmental permits Utility Adjustments and relocations Erosion Control Protection Property Restoration Signing and Striping Public and Business Outreach Construction Phasing and Traffic control, including pedestrians and bicyclists Railroad coordination Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:12/31/2025 Question Acceptance Deadline 02/23/2022 04:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online Yes The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
