Complete Construction of Eight Two Bedroom Homes The Complete Construction of EIGHT Two Bedroom homes. Construction Located adjacent to the Chippewa Cree Health Center. Upper Box Elder Road, Rocky Boy Indian Reservation. Scope: Houses will be frame built to plans and specifications provided by Chippewa Cree housing. Each proposal will include all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals to complete job. Each proposal must be submitted on the "lump sum proposal form" provided at the pre-proposal conference. Each proposal shall be sealed in a envelope Labeled "proposal documents". Bearing the following info. 1. Project name 2. Bidder name and address 3. Item being proposed T.E.R.O: Full compliance with Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance and Business code is mandatory. TERO office has established a 3% business tax. CCT also has a 2% business admin fee for all work done within exterior boundaries of the Reservation. Both fees must be included in proposals. DAVIS BACON: Davis Bacon wages apply to this project. Wages are adopted by tribe and available at CCHA. INSURANCE: All Contractors/Subcontractors shall provide the following. 4. Bonding 5. Workers comp 6. General Liability RIGHT TO REJECT ANY AND ALL PROPOSALS: This advertising for proposals does not commit the Chippewa Cree Housing Authority to award any contract or pay any costs incurred in the preparation of proposals.
