Site work for a civil project in Box Elder, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of excavation, utility trenching, utility boring under the road, sanitary sewer pipe in-stallation, manhole installation, and site grading being per-formed on the Stone Child College campus. During the pre-bid meeting, pro-spective Contractors are en-couraged to obtain and com-plete Chippewa Cree Tribal Em-ployment Rights Ordinance documents and Tribal Business Licensure as only Tribally li-censed Contractor's proposals will be accepted. The Project is located on the Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation in Rocky Boy Agency, Montana and will be governed by the laws and requirements of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Rocky Boy's Indian Reservation. The Stone Child College would like to complete this project as soon as possible. The prelimina-ry schedule is as follows: Issue Invitation to Bid June 20, 2022 Bids Accepted Until July 5, 2022 Review of Bid Requests July 5, 2022 Consultant Begins Work July 7, 2022. Additional information, includ-ing pre-bid meeting informa-tion, information regarding viewing, purchasing, and submitting bids, and Chippewa Cree Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance and Safety Enforce-ment.
