Requirement (other): Accepted evidence from the BNQ is: certification of Forestry Business Management Practices (PGES/Scope Hydro-Québec), temporary certificate of certification of Forestry Business Management Practices (PGES/Scope Hydro-Québec) , a compliant documentary review report issued by the Bureau de normalization du Québec, or proof of modification to the service contract for the addition of the Hydro-Québec scope (signed, accompanied by proof of transmission to the BNQ). Address of the site visit/information session: Hydro-Québec would like to know if you are interested in a helicopter flight over the areas covered by stations 70 and 80 (Manicouagan). Target dates would be February 22 and 23, 2022, and subject to change or cancellation depending on weather conditions, public health restrictions and demand. The meeting point would be in Sept-Îles for post 70 on February 22 and in Labrieville for post 80 on February 23. These helicopter visits are optional for companies wishing to submit a proposal for these files.

Confirm Attendance: For your information: -Only one representative per company will be authorized. All at no cost. - Each person must wear a mask. - The social distancing in force must be respected. -It will be required to present a photo ID (driver's license, health insurance card) during the visit, as well as a vaccination passport. A confirmation of your interest is required by email to the case manager via the Messages section no later than February 16, 2022 at noon (12:00 p.m.).
It is important to note that Hydro-Québec does not undertake to carry out helicopter overflights, even if an interest in such visits has been identified.
An official confirmation will be sent to suppliers who have indicated their interest by February 17 at the latest as to whether or not there will be helicopter overflights.
It is understood that Hydro-Québec is in no way responsible for the cancellation, changes of location, date or time that may occur regarding this visit.
