Renovation of a municipal facility in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for roof removal and replacement at Tyler Nature Center, Wildlife Regional Office located at 11942 FM 848, Tyler, Texas 75707, in Smith County, Texas. This project is to have a qualified contractor furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials and incidentals to install a new roof on the Wildlife Regional Office located in Tyler, Texas, Smith County, at the Nature Center campus. It is the intention of TPWD to call for finished work that is tested, and ready for operation. Any apparatus, material or work described in the IFB and related documents, and any incidental accessories necessary to make the work complete in all respects and ready for operation (even though not particularly specified) shall be furnished, delivered, and installed by the Contractor without additional expense to TPWD. Contractor shall take care not to damage any aspect of the building or its contents. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
