Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes: addressing 373 sanitary sewer gravity main asset locations using internal point/grout repairs, open cut point repairs and section/line replacements, and reconnecting existing services. Some assets will require gaining access to manholes/cleanouts and cleaning the mainline so a full investigation by others can take place. This includes all incidental items associated with these tasks such as bypass pumping, traffic control, pavement/sidewalk repair, and restoration work. Please Note: In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY. See Certificate of Interested Parties. The City of Tyler is obligated to ensure that all contractors performing any work pursuant to this Consent Decree perform such work in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Consent Decree. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
