**As of May 23, 2022, project was awarded to Newman Construction , awarded amount is $701,971.00** PAYSON CITY (OWNER) will accept bids for the construction of the 100 SOUTH PRESSURIZED IRRIGATION WATERLINE according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by the ENGINEER - HANSEN, ALLEN & LUCE, INC, and described in general as: The construction of approximately 2,860 feet of 12-inch PVC secondary water transmission pipeline. The project also includes furnishing and installing fittings, connection materials and miscellaneous appurtenances. The project is separated into two bid schedules, which may be constructed concurrently if the City elects to do so. Completion of Work: The Work must be completed as follows: The pressurized irrigation system must be fully operational beginning April 15, 2022. The work must be substantially complete by September 2, 2022. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. All questions and correspondence relative to the project shall be submitted through the SciQuest website. The last day to submit questions will be Thursday March 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any bid; or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the best interest of the District.
