The project involves the installation of six (6) pickleballs courts at the Municipal Complex at 43 S. Thornton Road. Work under this contract includes earthwork, retaining wall installation, fence installation, concrete pickleball courts and various pickleball appurtenances. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
