Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Peekskill, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work for Bid No. 2022-006 consists of the construction of a new timber pier (Pier) and floating docks at Fleischmann Pier in the Charles Point Park in the City of Peekskill. The Project al so includes, but is not limited to, the installation of site improvements, such as a parking lot expansion, amenities, utilities, and lighting. This Project is funded by a NYS grant, and the Contractor must comply with State provisions. Additionally, there are ten (10) Alternates as described in detail in Section K, the Technical Specifications, and on the Contract Plans. Questions are submitted online No Question Acceptance Deadline 04/01/2022 04:00 PM EDT The time of completion of the Bid and all work will be 600 calendar days from the time of notice to proceed to substantial completion.
