Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Romeoville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.

Action on said Proposals will be taken by the OWNER at a later date, at a regular, adjourned, or special meeting of the Board of Education. The competency and responsibility of the Bidders will be considered in making awards. Bid security is required of all parties submitting a proposal. A fully executed and compliant Bid Security must be included with the Bid Form. One proposal will be received for the following categories of work to encompass all plans and specifications but not limited too: removals, aggregate, HMA, track surface, grass restoration for the Romeoville High School Track Reconstruct. Plans and specifications will be available on the BuildingConnected website on Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 after 1:00 PM. There will be not be a pre-bid meeting for this project. All questions concerning this project or those concerning bidding requirements should be directed to Kyle Buck (kbuck@wightco.com) or (630) 739-7258. Questions will be received in writing until 12:00 PM, Wednesday, February 23rd, 2022. Received questions will be answered within an addendum. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities in the bidding procedure as their interests may appear.
