RFP Response to Questions March 9, 2022 The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, waive any irregularities, reissue all or part of this Request for Proposals, and not award any contract, all at its discretion and without penalty. The selected firm is required to enter into a Contract Services Agreement with the City. The form will be provided to the firm upon request.
