Milling and paving of the roadways and parking areas within Scott Park in Millcreek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Millcreek Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The bidders attention is called to the federal and state civil rights and equal employment opportunity requirements and the requirement to pay Prevailing Wage Rates and comply with applicable labor standards provisions, all as set forth in the Contract Documents. Bids may be held by the Township for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. Millcreek Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor deviations in the bidding.
