**As of April 12, 2022, project was awarded to XL Excavating, Inc, awarded amount is $465,448.88.** The bid is to include all design, labor, equipment, materials and requirements set forth in the specifications by Urban Engineers, Inc., 1319 Sassafras Street, Erie, PA. Proposal must be on forms furnished by the Engineer. Work performed must be in conformance with the plans and specifications. The municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The project consists of, but is not limited to: excavation and grading of an infiltration basin; installation of outlet structure, stilling well, and anti-seep collars; installation of catch basins and pipes; site restoration; and other associated work in Fairview Township, Erie County, PA *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
