Mallard Creek WRF Phase 1 Improvements Early Work Package In general the scope of work consists of the construction of the construction trailer area, storage location and stockpile sites for the MCWRF Phase 1 construction as well as the intermediate site excavation of the Influent Pump Station/Equalization Tanks area. The work specifically includes but is not entirely limited to erosion and sedimentation control, site fencing demolition/installation, furnishing and installation of a guard shack, excavation and grading, installation of aggregate base, paving, sidewalks, water/sewer/electrical and communications installations to the construction trailers and landscaping. Prior to submitting your application, please be familiar with PC/Leeper Joint Venture's bonding requirements: Payment and Performance Bonds are required on all subcontracts of $100,000 or greater. If the scope of work relates to building exterior; e.g., windows, roofing, EIFS, precast panels, brick veneer, etc., Payment and Performance Bonds are required regardless of the value of the scope of work.
