**As of April 27, 2022, project was awarded to K2 Construction , awarded amount is $1,525,071.44.** Questions concerning this bid process may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441- 8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov. The Contractor agrees that the Work in this Contract shall begin as soon after the Notice to Proceed as is necessary for the Contractor to complete the Work within the number of calendar days allowed and prior to the stated completion date. The completion date shall be 150 calendar days after the beginning of construction, or completed no later than October 21, 2022.
